General provisions
Xellio provides tools for predictive assessment of advertising creatives and content. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
The service
The service analyses uploaded videos, images or text and produces predictive scores, explanations and recommendations.
Outputs are generated by algorithmic models. They are not brain measurements, medical advice, a guarantee of conversion, or a substitute for testing with a real audience.
Registration and account
You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts may not be transferred or resold without Xellio’s permission.
Tokens, payments and refunds
An analysis is charged in tokens only after a report is successfully generated. Failed runs are not charged or are automatically credited back.
Current prices, limits and renewal periods are displayed on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by a connected payment provider; Xellio does not store complete card details.
Refunds are handled according to mandatory law and the terms of the relevant payment product.
Content and data rights
You retain your rights in uploaded content and give Xellio a limited licence to process it only to provide, secure and support the service.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions. User content is not used to train general models without separate explicit consent.
Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious code, bypass limits, overload the service or seek unauthorised access.
A Xellio forecast must not be presented as a proven fact about an individual or used for medical, credit, insurance, employment or other high-risk decisions.
Availability and termination
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and temporary restrictions may occur.
Xellio may restrict or terminate access following a breach, a security threat or a legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. You must review recommendations and remain responsible for publishing, budget and campaign decisions.
Xellio is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions based solely on a model forecast. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The latest date appears above, and material changes will be announced in the service or by email.
